How do you market our property for rent?

A yard sign is still the #1 way in which new tenants are found – people tend to drive the neighborhoods in which they’d like to live. Your property will have a yard sign placed in a prominent location on the property (subject to HOA policies), showing both our website and phone number. Our updated vacancy list will be featured on our website. In addition, our rental ads appear on numerous websites such as Trulia, Zillow, HotPads, CraigsList, and others. We use monitoried-access electronic lock boxes on our vacant homes, to allow prospects to view the property at their convenience, 7 days a week! Unlike most of our competitors, we understand the importance of the home being available when the prospect has the time to look. The prospect who must wait for “normal business hours,” or is told to pick up a key, is the prospect who is lost to another property that’s much easier to view.
